View Full Version : NT7 won't load

I was running my strategy optimizer when I had to abort the process. 10 minutes elapsed, at which point I got frustrated, went into the task manager and killed the NinjaTrader.exe process. I then rebooted.

When I rebooted and tried opening NT7, I got the main screen that says NinjaTrader 7loading, followed by the small box that informs you of connecting to the broker. However, the application never appears on Windows.

I thought it was a fluke, so this time I shut down. When I rebooted, the same thing happened - NT looks like it's loading normally, but the application never shows up on my start bar. I attached a screenshot of the nothingness.

Please send your most recent trace file to support@ninjatrader.com and we can identify at what point it is getting stalled in the startup process.

You can find this file at:

Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.
