Hi,

Is it possible to specify a different location for storage of ATM strategies, etc...? This would be handy for me for when I uninstall and reinstall software.

Unfortunately this is not supported.

Is there documentation on where all this data is currently stored - so I can manually backup.

Unfortunately there is no documentation available. However, there is no need to deal with that right now. NT6.5 (available as first beta in the next 2 weeks) will provide a backup facility.
