Unsubscribe from PATS version back to IB version

Hi Ray,

I subscribed to the PATS version 6 months ago. I already closed my GlobalFutures account, but my NT version is still PATS and I'd like to unsubscribe from it, and go back to the IB version.

How do I do this?

Since I still have time left on the old PATS version, will I get that credit back or do I have to pay for the new IB version right away when I subscribe to it? What happens to the rest of the old subscription?

No need to swithc, send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com (mailto:sales@ninjatrader.com) and ask them to switch your edition. We will just change what you are licensed for on our end.
