My broker has given me a new server address and username/password for my Pats connection.

I have changed the account setup in NT with the new IP addresses/login info but I cant connect. I get the error message:

"Unable to login error 7:Unknown application"

any ideas?

Hi,

Thank you for your post.

This means your account is not set up correctly on your brokers end. You need to contact them and let them know you receive this message.
