Good afternoon
When trying to 'fire up' Ninja Trader the error message "failed to verify license" appears.????
This is a new error message today. Can you assist please

This is an issue with your ISP since none of the both NT license servers could be reached within the predefined timeout (10 secs). Please try again a bit later or contact your ISP.

OK. Appreciate your response. Would this also have a bearing on the fact I cannot send a test email?? When trying to I receive the error "EasyMail.Net Edition trial license could not be verified. CODE:<RO>."

Possibly. You are on 6.0.1000.5 no?
Also: Please check your firewall is not blocking NT.

I am running 6.0.1000.5 and my firewall does allow NT. Hopefully the issue is with my ISP. Will investigate this avenue.
