Hi,

I have just reinstalled windows XP after a hard drive crash and installed NT fresh. Unfortunately, when I right click on a chart and go to indicators, the list is blank. This is also true for strategies and I have gone to edit the columns in a Market Analyzer window and found only Instrument and Indicator available. I tried uninstalling NT then reinstalling but it has not helped. If I go to Tools>Edit NinjaScript>Indicators, there are all the indicators listed there

Any Ideas?

This likely is a corrupted .NET 2.0 installation.

Please:
- uninstall NT6
- uninstall .NET 2.0
- clear your browser cache
- download and install again .NET 2.0 runtime from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en
- download and install again NT6

Hi,

Thank you. I have followed these instructions with no joy. Is ther anything else that may cause this?

Hi Dierk, Thanks for looking into this.

I think I know what the problem is...

Because this PC that I am having the issues with is on a domain, the 'My Documents' folder is all stored on the server and then syncronized to my local PC. So, the Ninja trader 6 folder does not actually have the path "C:/Documents and settings...." it is "//sbs2003/users....."

Do you think this is likely to cause the issue?
