Ninja Chart Lagging on Laptop?

I have a HP pavillion dv9700 laptop with an AMD dual core 64 bit 2.10 GHz processor with 4 GB of RAM on Vista Home edition. I still get data lags at times and my ninja 6.5 charts take a long time to load. Is there any cache or anything that I can clear to get the charts to keep up with data. It can happen with or without news and I cant figure out what the problem is. My other programs like my IB execution platform connected to Bracket Trader works fine and keeps up. It just seems to be the charts. I am not sure If I am overloaded with indicators that take a lot of time to calculate. I use Woodies CCI with a forecaster on it that gives me signals. I am wondering if this complex calculation is making my charts lag at times. Any advice will be appreciated. I was going to upgrade my laptop, however, I am having doubts that it is my laptop that is the problem. Could it be Vista?
