External Buy and Sell Executed on my account

Today, at about 1:14pm PST, there was an external buy executed followed by an external sell about 20 seconds later. I know the external sell was my broker selling my position since I don't have the margin to cover it, but the buy was not from me or the strategies I was running. How can I get to the bottom of this to figure out what happened and why? Both of the orders say External on my chart, and as far as my orders log, they were blank where the strategy name usually is. Please help.

Hello there, can you please post your log and trace files from when this occurred from the My Documents/trace and My Documents/log folders so we can figure out what happened?

Both of the txt files are too large. What should I do to decrease the size?

The ExitOnClose handling for the live account strategy submitted orders to the live acocunt ca . 20 secs after your broker manually got in...those were then likely offset by him again later, resulting in another External tagged execution, please clarify with your broker which actions they performend at this time.
