Hello,

I downloaded the Ninja Trader Installation Package version 6.0.1000.5 and installed it on my office-PC. The License Key works and I can start NinjaTrader but it seems it canīt reach the License Server.

Which connection has to be allowed on the firewall, maybe I can let it open by a technician? Is it possible via a proxy-server?

Thanks a lot?

Joerg

License checks areperformed by regular HTTP calls against these servers:

Just make sure HTTP calls work for these servers.

In IE I can open these pages and get a message that active-X is not allowed. Is active-X used for the License-Check? Unfortunetely I donīt have the privilege to change this setting.

Which Ports are used? Port 80 should be free.

Not that I know of.

>> Which Ports are used?
Sorry, I don't know. As explained below it's just regular HTTP calls.

Thanks for your fast answer. Just to get sure:

You are talking about the registration during or after the Installation out of NinjaTrader and not on the website?

I'm talking about the license verification as you start NT.
