Please reset your sim account by Tools->Options->Simulator->Reset and try to reproduce the issue. Please let me know exact steps as you can reproduce.

first i reset my sim 101 with property : Delay com: 75;Delay Exchange: 150;Initial Cash: 100.000;Margin: 0.5;Maintenance margin:0.3 Wait for data: 20; Magin /unit: 1000
after that i use chart trade in 1 minute with account have
Buying Power = 200000 Cash Value = 100.000; Excess Equity = 200.000
i buy market at 116.73 and close in 116.69 realize PnL = -34.28$ and cash value is 96000. i think is lost is 100.000 - 34.28 = 99965.72$
i have another question if my live account is mini account in forex.com 250$ so how i can trade a mini lot have i change what property

So it's now working as expected. Great.
No need to change anything on the sim account setup. You can trade on the sim account right away.

Then likely your point value for some of your FX instruments are incorrect. Could you check in the Instrument Manager what the point value is for one of the instruments you trade?
