Hi:
Thank you for your kind compliments.
As per your charts not updating, is the scenario re-producible or does this happen from time to time?
Which datafeed/broker partner are you connected to?
Please review our documentation on how to improve Performance in NT:

New bars are built as an incoming tick that falls within the next bar time stamp comes in.
To cross reference, please have a Time and Sales window open. If ticks are coming in but the bar is not updating then let us know.

Well i´m getting the same error.
The e-signals chart(Picture graf1) is updating correctly the dax in a 1 minute interval.
Graf3 is the ninja chart showing the error in the same interval as e-signal´s chart.Take a look of the time(-21 seconds and the bar doesn´t update).
The graf2 is the time and sales, where you can see the time goes from 12:55:15 to 12:54:57(goes back) und up again later.
It seems as NT is not updating correctly from the datafeed more than a chart problem.I´ve noticed too that is more often if i surf the web or open other windows while NT is in a second level(i mean has not the focus)(excuse my english i´m foreigner) ,but i´m not really sure about that.
My computer is an amd sempron 3300, 2 GHz, 1 gigabyte ram and windows xp.
Anybody have the same problem?

There was an issue with versions prior to 6.0.1000.5 where ticks from eSignal where dropped. This issue is resolved with 6.0.1000.5.
May be your machine experiences load issues. I suggest running only NT with one T&S window and eSignal with only one T&S window and comparing.

It seems nt is not getting the correct time from esignal, i mean, it gets the correct price but with other timeframe, (see the pictures).Sometimes the time is for example 12:02:05 and the next tick 12:01:06 and the next 12:02:10 again etc... but always plot the correct price. That´s the cause when the bar is ending 12:04:59 and going to change to a new bar 12:05:00 ,it stills plots the same bar and doesn´t change to a new one because the frametime is getting is not 12:05:00,it´s 12:03:45 for example. So the problem is not at plotting the chart ,is the time that retrieves from esignal.
Any idea?

I just tried on ER2 as market is open and it works as expected, meaning the timestamps you see in the T&S window are really reported by eSignal.

Well finally i think i´ve found the problem:
First i must say i´m from Europe. From 9.30 a.m to market close (usa time)all is working perfect in all instruments. But ,at 2:00 am usa time, (when FDax opens here in europe at 8:00 am) until 9.30 a.m i´m getting the problems with the Fdax.
I mean from 2:00 a.m to 9.30(8:00 to 3.30 Europe time) something matters with the Fdax timing.
Any idea why could this be?

Sorry, no idea. I suggest retrying on that issue with NT6.5 (first beta available in 2 weeks). Reason: The logic on how timestamps from eSignals are processed is slightly different. It might make a difference, but I'm really not sure.
