View Full Version : Orders not sent to Collective2 on Windows 7

I successfully send orders to my C2 system from NT 6.5. I just upgraded to Windows 7 and orders are not being sent. I checked and double checked the account groups and instrument enabling...they are fine; however, I did notice that NT6.5 under Windows 7 requires 2 accounts to create a group for Collective2, whereas unter Windows XP only one account is required to create an account group for Collective2, as it should be. Any ideas?

To create a Collective2 account group you need to name your account group with the C2 tag. If you name it anything different then it would require you to have 2 accounts to create the group.

I had C2: instead of C2;
I looked at it periodically all day and did not see it....thanks for convincing me that I had to have had some kind of syntax error.
