Thanks for fixing QM, any chance QG (Nat Gas) is next?

What is the problem with QG?

Same as with QM before, no data flow. QM works now, so hopefully, its just a bug somewhere

With NYMEX rolling out Clearport for QM/QG, will NT add Clearport to exchange list?

If it is supported by your broker, than NT will utilimately support it.

I understand that you must have many competeing priorities, but Clearport and the energies are a major market for many traders. Do you have a sense of when "ultimately" will occur?

When your broker supports it, we will support it near immediately. I have no clue when your broker will support it.

Below is a custom NinjaTrader Version 5 build that includes support for ClearPort. Please follow the instructions below:

1) Uninstall your current NT5 via Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs

2) Install this custom build from the following link

http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5.1/NinjaTrader.Install.msi (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5.1/NinjaTrader.Install.msi)

3) Start NinjaTrader

4) Go to Tools-->Instrument Manager, remove any prior Nymex contracts (QM and/or QG etc…) from the Instrument list on the left

5) Find and select all Nymex contracts in the main list and press the Edit button, under the list of Exchanges, check “ClearPort” and then press the “OK” button

6) Add your ClearPort traded contracts back to the Instrument List (Press F1 for context sensitive help on adding instruments to the instrument list)
