FLATTENALL does not flatten non-AT created positions in NT ... ?

CLOSEALL and FLATTENALL .... close / flattenpositions initiated thru Automated Trading only ....... correct ?

Manually created positions in NT ....... are not affected ...... correct ?

Other positions on the BROKER end, manually created via TWS (IB), not via NT, are not affected ...... correct ?

Not correct, these are global commands and cancell/flatten all order and positions.
