Hello

I have a 30 min bar YM##-## chart which has stuck at 19:30 displaying an old price. My data feed is from esignal. I have tried logging out and back in with no joy. Any thoughts please?

Hello,

Please try to reload the data from the Control Center -> Tools -> Historical Data -> Reload.

If this does not work, please ensure that the 'Last Date' in the NinjaTrader chart is set to the current date. You can access the 'Last Date' by right clicking in the Chart -> Format Data Series and change the 'Last Data' to todays date.

Hi Chris

Thanks for the reply. Tried your recommendations without success. Error message reads: Error -105 on requesting bars. It appears the loss of charting bars is 19:30 to 21:30 19/09/07.

Appreciate any further assistance.

Hello,

Please ensure that your sessions end time is later than the current time of when the chart stop recording data.

You can check this setting by right clicking in the Chart -> Properties -> Sessions ends and begins time.

Also: Please make sure you are on latest NT 6.0.1000.5.

Gentlemen

Again thanks. Running NT 6.0. Created on 10/09/07.
Have the session end times to start at 00:00 and end at 00:00.
Do not have the problem with chart at any other time except 19/09/07 between 19:30 and 21:30.

Confused!!

What version does Help->About show? 6.0.1000.5?

Thanks for the reply. Can you assist with helping me understand how to make sure I am running the correct level of NT and if not then how to update.

The chart problem has occurred today too, not charting between 08:00 and 18:00.

Our latest version of NinjaTrader is 6.0.1000.5. You can check this from the Control Center -> Help -> About.

the issue may be with e-signal......... check the chart out in e-signal ---- YM #F (continuous contract) & YM Z7 (Deceomber 07 contract). same issue here ??
