Connecting to Kinetick Real Time

Hi All

I just signed up for Kinetick real time & they have sent me a username & password.

They have not sent me any info on how to connect. I can't find any info on here how to connect either.

I am using Ninja 7 beta 21 currently with the following license info:

My broker is interactive brokers. I can't see any options on Ninja to connect to Kinetick.

Any clues what I need to do ?
