Target with no stop loss

When I trade, I only use "mental" stops so I have no need for Stop Losses but I do use profit targets quite a bit. How do I create a Strategy that will allow me to

- Define a 15 point target
- No stops

Also, How do I make my default order quantity as 2 and TIF as GTC without using any strategy?

It is not possible to use an ATM strategy without a stop loss. You can always provide a stop value that is further away from the market. You can not set the order quantity and TIF without a strategy.
