Hi Pivot44:

I just checked my connection and our servers are up and verifying license keys.

Can you re-produce this?

Please shutdown NT and restart the application.

You might want to enter the license manually. Otherwise check your firewall settings. Turn them off and create a permission for NinjaTrader to access the internet. Then re-enter the license.

Have never had any firewall problem logging, on, still don't get a firewall message. Added ninja exe to firewall, still can't start up. Control center won't even open, just message window. How can I reenter lisence, if I can't open software??

After I close out the error window upon startup, Ninja crashes.

Hi:

What is the error message being reported by NT?

Is the error message a fatal message, meaning that NT will not run or open after receiving the error?

Can you post a screen shot of the error?

If the error message is non-fatal, you may re-enter your license key under Help > License key.
