Is there a way to reduce the minimum thickness (height) of an indicator panel?

Manually you can by moving your mouse in between two panels. The mouse cursor will change and then you can click and hold down your left mouse button and change the size of the panel.

This I know. But I want to be able to reduce the size more than what it allows. Is there a parameter someplace that controls the minimum height?

Unfortunately this is not supported.
