Stock or Futures EOD Historical - free from Kinetick EOD
Stock or Futures Intraday historical - pay (e.g. Barchart)
Stock or Futures Intraday realtime - pay (e.g. Barchart)

Forex - EOD/Intraday, historical/realtime - free from Gain Capital

Notes:
- some data vendors (e.g. IQFeed) offer limited time trials of intraday data
- some brokers (e.g. IB) offer intraday data with funded accounts
- intraday data for Market Replay can be downloaded from the NT data servers (one day at a time)
