How do you set up a continuous contract in the Instrument Manger for OT.
I Know that instead of using a '/' you are suppose to use a '#'. The Instrument Manager will not except a # as part of the 'Name'.
Do I have to add a new symbol? Or do I have to to goto the Misc tab and change the symbol map for OT?
thanks

In the Instrument Manager, set up an Instrument just like you would ES 12-07, when selecting expiry, there is an option for ##-##.

I have followed the instructions I think and get a blank screen. Steps I took were set up the contract in the Instrument manager as ER2 ## ##. It shows on the list of available instrumnets. I open a new chart and select the contract ER2 ## ## and do not get any data or anything on my chart just a blank page. I select the instrument in a dom and the numbers simply freeze no updating. Any idea what I may be doing wrong? My objective is to utilize the continious contract. My data source is Zen fire.

Zen-Fire does not support continuous contracts, that is why you do not see any data.
