IB backfill for TF and CL futures?

I haven't seen backfill for IB data discussed in a while. How is it working lately and what settings do I need in Ninja to get it to work properly?

Thank you for your post.

With versions 6.5 and 7 of NinjaTrader used with TWS 906.8, there is no additional configuration necessary to load data for TF or CL in daily or minute intervals.

You recommended TWS 906.8.....I have 906.9....any problems with that one for backfill? If so...how do i get the previous version...and do I have to uninstall everything,

Hi Joules,

To ensure that everything will work as designed, I would reccomend rolling back to version 906.8.

You will need to uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel before installing 906.8 from this link: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/ninjatrader/TWS/tws40_install_906.exe
