why does NT want data from 2004

does anybody have half a clue why my NT 7 takes 800 odd seconds to load a daily ES chart?
or why instead of a weeks worth of range bars back from 2day it asks the server for this
'ES 09-10' from='2004-12-07' to='2004-12-08' ???

i have reinstalled 100x tried xp, 32bit 7 64bit 7

and the answer doesnt involve repairing the database or deleting workspaces

yes 7 build 20 i think that this problem may have started when i upgraded from 19

Ok, as far as your second question this is expected as long as you have the Merge Policy for the auto merge feature set to MergeBackAdjusted. To stop this from ocuring you would need to turn off the auto merge. Control Center->Tools->Options->Data->Merge Policy->Do Not Merge.

As far as your first question I testing on my end and it took me 3 seconds to pull up the chart. Can you please send me your log and trace files to support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post.
