Hello - I have historical data (futures data) from a source that is not one of the brokers that works with Ninja. I have this data in a text document format.
What is the best way to proceed in loading this data into Ninja and backtesting with it? Should I connect to one of the free providers such as Kinetick or ZenFire or can I generically connect with Ninja and just use my data?
Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for your post.
Yes, you can import it and use it. However you don't need to connect to any provider.
Please see here for more info on how to import:

Thank you - I was able to upload, however I tried creating a chart and no data appeared. I tried this on a variety of instruments.
Any thoughts why this may be happening?

Hello titleistbb22,
What instrument's historical data was this?
Can you tell me the name of the file that you imported?

I tried BC, BH and C. These are the names of the files as well.

Hi,
Can you check in the log tab of the control center for any error messages. If there are, please let me know.

The log shows no errors.
I dont think I'm doing a good job of explaining the problem.
The inport of data seems to work just fine. When I attempt to access the data on a chart there is no bars on the chart
