first of all its getting very frustrating as the broker knows little about ninja whens there's problems. i'm getting a log in error on on a computer i've logged in before with. it's a prboem with this computer as my other computer i have no problem logging in with. the error message is LOGIN FAILED. UNABLE TO INITIALIZE API:CONFIGURATION FAILED. COULD NOT OPEN BODY FILE. advise whats wrong.

Can you please tell me who your broker is and also provide me with your login credentials so I can test the connection on my end.

the broker is advantage. why do you need my login info? its happening on 1 particular computer only so its not a login issue with tt as my other computer logs in. i even uninstalled and reinstalled the ninja program and it still gave the same error message. what do you think the problem is?

If you shut down and restart on the problem PC, it should resolve itself. If not, please uninstall NT, manually remove any installation folders and re-install.
