I am using zen Fire with Opn Tick as backup. Open Tick enables me to chart TRIN and TICH. I also have a chart for VIX but this chart does not automatically update. I have to reload data periodically to see the current value.

Any ideas as to why this might be and suggestions to get the chart to simply update for the selected time interval.

Hope all is well.

This is a known limitation with OpenTick data. After creating the account connection for OpenTick a disclaimer pops up with known limitations. Please see there what other limitations are known with them.
