I have a number of moving averages on a chart. How can I make one of them be "on top" of all the others, ie. not be obscured and overwritten?

Unfortunately this is not possible. I will ask development if they can put your suggestion on the list of future enhancements.

At the moment the last indicator you add onto a chart will be the one on top.
