Stuck in simulation mode.

I seem to be stuck in simulation. Everywhere (SuperDOM, Cart Trader, Orders in Control Center) where I should be able to select my trading account the box is grayed and shows only Sim101. Under Accounts in Control Center it shows both my Sim101 and actual trading account number but I don't seem to be able to select my real trading account for trading. Is this something that I have misconfigured in NT or do I need to contact my broker? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Please go to the File menu and uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode'. Then open up a SuperDOM and you should be able to select your Live account.
