Trailing stop

:eek:Trying to use the strategy analyzer.

1.The stop loss and profit target work, the trailing stop brings clearly wrong results. It closes trades even though the prices have not retraced sufficiently or at all. Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?
My set up: ticks, 50, false
It appears so simple it should work (I think).

2. What does simulated mean and what difference if any should it show in the charts?

3. Is there a possiblity to make the ascent of the traling stop visible in the chart?

michlen, welcome to our forums - simulated is relevant only for realtime trading, this means the stop order is sent when triggered thus it remains local on your PC to be invisible to other traders.

Unfortunately you would need to add custom code to your strategy to visualize the stop levels.

What market are you trading with this 50 tick setting?
