Question: How save (real time) chart data as historical works?

I have this option checked and I thought my real time data will be saved as historical. But when I open the chart Friday's morning, zen fire was reloading missing overnight data, and then I noticed the data from Thursday 10:02 to 10:30 were missing.

I am using zen fire demo. But I don't think it matters, since historical is from NT.

Hi cw30000,

With Zen-Fire, you have access to historical data by default. However, during that time, 10:02am to 10:29am EST on July 22nd, there was a brief historical data server outage, where data was not recored. Unfortunately, you will not see data for that time period when reloading a chart.

So, even I have save chart data as historical, the historical server will overwrite them when I start up NT?

Whenever historical data is reloaded, the data from the server will be used.
