NT17b18 crashes when doing 'Reload Historical data' in a chart.

Also when NT crashes on my Windows7 I get a message NT application has encountered a user defined breakpoint.

I can't close that message and I can't exit the crashed NT with the application manager, all I can do is a reboot. That is really a double pain.

Hello jfw215,

Can you please disconnect/re-connect to your connectivity provider and try once more. I just tested loading historical data for the CL08-10 Nymex on my end and I did not experience the error.

Can you please close NinjaTrader and synch your PC clock.

Subsequently start NinjaTrader and check if the error persists.

If so, please create a chart without any indicators applied and check if this will make a difference.

Let me know the outcome of these instructions.

Hello metaltrade

Can you please post your trace file, so I can check what type of crash you experience.

@jfw215, you can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

jfw215, can you please try this on a chart without any indicators?
