Hello,
I have a problem with the latest version NinjaTrader7.
Each time I run it, I get this message:
http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/2845/ninjatu.png
Because of this I can not connect to the demo account.
Error arose after I tried to download the replay market data, the program froze and I shut it down using TaskManager three days ago.
I tried to repair the installation even complete reinstallation without importing any old settings.
Even with the firewall turned off.
Every time I get this message.
What should I do?
Thanks

bacman.m, welcome to our forums - I see no other issues with our license servers here, have you checked with your ISP if there are current pending network / backbone issues?
Also: how do you connect to the Internet? If through a router, please try connecting straight to the modem and then retry.

NinjaTrader_Bertrand:
I have no problems with internet connection.
I am not using a router, I am connected directly to the ISP via LAN.
As I said, the problem occurred after I turned off the NT7 through TaskManager.
Does NT store any settings outside the Documents/Ninja Trader 7? Registers, etc.?

No, your customized settings would be stored in the working folder under MyDocuments. You could try exiting NT, deleting the config.xml and then restarting fresh - however you would then need to resetup the key and connections used.
Eventhough your connection may appear normal, your ISP could have an issue just on one backbone that would connect your to the license servers, so it could be worthwhile checking with them or trying another connection if possible.

NinjaTrader_Bertrand:
I even tried to delete the entire settings folder.
The next time NT has created a new folder and asked for license key. Unsuccessfully.
Can you please specify what ports it uses and how NT7 is connected to the license servers? I'll ask the ISP for details.

bacman.m, NinjaTrader would send regular HTTP requests to www.ninjatrader.com (http://www.ninjatrader.com) and www.ninjatrader-support2.com (http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com) to access it's license checks.

The problem was probably in the old VeriSign certificate, after the upgrade everything is working.
Thanks for your help.
