This is really basic, but I haven't found a solution here...
I can't get the live trading connection to ZenFire to work. I've checked the broker passwords and NT subscription license key, but when I select my broker in the Account list, the DOM remains in beige, i.e., inactive state. I activated the subscription a couple months ago but have not tried to trade live until now. Been in sim for a long time. Please advise on what to do or point me to the thread that I've been missing.

Thank you for your post.

Normally to access Live trading you would do the following:

After you bring up NinjaTrader, go to File & uncheck Global Simulation Mode.

This will allow you to toggle between Simulation & Live trading.

You will need to do this every time you bring up NinjaTrader. However, you can log in to Live trading by going to
Tools > Options & on the Simulator tab un-check “Always start in simulation mode” & click “OK”.

Now you can be logged on to Live trading immediately upon bringing up NinjaTrader.
