Hello,
Can you help me to add new ETF futures (CME) symbol for SPY futures.
I have already done,
""From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools >
Instrument Manager
Press the "New" button
Enter in instrument specific information and select the appropriate exchange
(add Default exchange for equities in addition to the actual exchange)
Fill in any relevant information under the "Misc" tab such as symbol
mapping for your target connectivty provider
Press the "OK" button""

I still have not data for SPY futures (ask and bid), my data provider is TT and NT7.
Thank you

Hello DDbi1,

Can you please tell me what instrument you refer with SPY. Are you referring to the Australian SPI futures instrument? If so, it is already listed by default in the Instrument Manager as SPI.

I am familiar with the ETF SPY, however since this is an ETF you will not receive data for it with Trading Technologies. TT only supports futures data.

If you refer to a different instrument, please post a link that will direct me to the website of the exchange that lists the instrument in question.

I would first contact your broker and verify if your TT connection is authorized to receive data for this instrument.

If so, I suggest to select the Globex exchange and try SPY as symbol map.
