Positions Closing Early

Hello,

I had a position strategy running with a short on SMH in the SIM account. It was closed out early for some reason I can not figure out. The targets and stops were no where near the current price when it was closed out. This has happened before so now I need to figure out what is going on. I kooked at the log and I can't make any sense out of it. What do you suggest I do to correct this problem. Thanks.
