How to merge correctly?

Hello my problem is that if i try to merge the data of one contract into another it merges only some days.For example i tried to merge FGBL 06-09 from 8.3.09 till 7.6.09 into FGBL 09-09.It merged only the data from 8.3.09 till 28.3.09 correct the other data is still the old one.What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your post.

When merging data do you receive a message starting data has been successfully merged? If so please right mouse click within your chart and select Reload historical data and let me know if the issue persists.

"No day data available for 'From' instrument
minute / tick data successfully merged"
I'm wondering that it works from 8.3.09 until 27.03
but i don't know why it doesn't want to go on.how does ninjatrader works in that case?Is it overwriting the dates or what is it doing?I tried even to delete the historical dates from FGBL contract 09-09 until 7.06.09 but nothing happened and the chart remains the same after reloading.my data feed is zen-fire.
