Hello
I have a indicator study i use all the time and it loads up on volume charts ok and if i start a new chart with out default but when i try to load study as part of a default group it does not load ?

Hello Curtis,

Thank you for your post.

When you say load as a default group are you referring to a Template? If so I suggest recreating your configuration on another chart-->save as a new template-->attempt to load the newly saved template on another chart.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

ok i figured out it has something to do with the " Instrument setting" if i use instrument setting it loads up and works if i choose 24/7 or 24/5 it does not load. this just started yesterday it was all working fine
i did recently updated to recent beta 7 release

Please close all your open workspaces by going to the Control Panel-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace

After you have closed all workspaces please create a new workspace by going to the Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace

Within the new workspace please open a new chart and let me know if the indicator populates correctly.

Yes study loads properly under new work space until i change to 24/7 and if i load chart Template

Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you currently have installed by going to Help-->About. If you do not have NinjaTrader 7.0.0.17 installed please upgrade at the link I have provided below.

If the issue persists please uninstall your custom indicator, reinstall then indicator, then test.

Yes i have NT 7.0.0.17 loaded up i did the update 2 days ago

1.) A link to this forum thread.

turns out i had to set to look back more days. set it to 10 days to look back. it worked before with 5 days so dont know what happened but it works now.
