I was told by Velocity rep that live account will have the "historical data reload " feature which is not working on my demo.
How do i switch from demo ninja charts to live Ninja charts ?

This is likely related to the license key you are using.
Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your license key. (Help > License Key)
