Dumb newbie question

I am doing the exercise in the manual for construction of an indicator. I think I have done it exactly as the tutorial but when I want to insert it into a chart it's not on the list of indicators. It is in the correct directory with all of my other indicators. Any help on what I have done wrong?

In the list you should be looking for the "Display name" you set and not the indicator "Name".
