NT

One thing I did like at TS was they prepared a Programming Bootcamp manual to get newbies started in a step by step approach to prgramming Easy Language. I was up and running doing basic programming is a couple of weeks.

I suggest that such a manual is prepared for Ninja Script. I would do a couple of things.

From the user side,
Decrease the learning curve.
Get us up and running quicker

From Ninja's side
Decrease the same redunant questions that support has to answer
Save support time and Ninja $$ over the long run

From the Forum Side
Enhance the overall quallity of shared information

We are working on that. Thanks for your suggestion.

This has my vote also. It is very difficult and thus intimidating for the non-programmer to get started with enough programming to be able to backtest a strategy. And this is so critical for success.

This is also my vote. I have some experience of computer programming in procedural language but I found it very difficult to get accustomed to C# and I wish the newbies could have some way to reduce the learning curve in order to get the most of NT which fits best to me compared to WealthScript and MetaStock languages.

There is a very serious reference manual. Start NT, Press F1 and look for the section "NinjaScript.
