Hi NT

I am live trading.

I find sometimes a trade is missing in the Account Performance.

I can see the trade in the main Executions but not in the Account Performance nor in the Executions in the Account Performance .

In other case I can see a trade in the Executions in the Account Performance but still it is not in the other statistics in the Account Performance.

All the trades I am refering to was done on my live account and I only select that in the Account Performance and I have the instruments ticket on in the Account Performance as well.

What is the probelm?

Best regards

Michael

Hi Michael Larsen,

Thank you for your post.

The Account Performance tab is not a dynamic screen and so when you place a trade if you are on the account performance tab it may not show up until you navigate to a separate tab in the Control Center and then back the Account Performance and then regenerate.

Hi

Thanks for you reply, but this is not the solution I have tried this. Even closing the application an open again still some trades are missing.

Best regards

Michael,

If you uncheck that box do you see all of the expected trades. If you do not can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please attach some screenshots of your Account Performance with and without that box checked.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Can you please reference this forum post if sending in the email with that information.
