Facing problems with loading data

Hello,

I am trying to load data for cadjpy and gain doesnt load.

I change the days in data series from 3 to 30 in order to load data and the result is the same.

In another chart today GBPUSD ,I show a pop up mentioning error loading data .

Welcome to our forums, for the Gain connection please ensure to use our servers for historical data backfills in the setup process (step 5 in the guide below) -

After ensuring this is checked, please retry and do not load any daily data and higher as the connection would not support it unfortunately, for this please use for example 1440 mins.

I have done the check of the gain account it is setup as you suggested ninja servers and demo.

The exact mesage i receive is

error on loading chart data for eurjpy default the provider couldnt determine the object value for example the row was just created the default for the object column was not available and the consumer had not yet set a new object value

Please disconnect and compact / repair your database via Tools > Options > Misc, then reconnect and recheck your charts please.
