Forex IB Total Value Limit Problem

I was trying to place an order with chart trader on the USD.CAD pair & got a message about total value limit couldn't be verified.
The order value was .1M

The settings in IB are shown in IB_config_settings.gif

I'm on NT 6.5.1000.15 & TWS 900.6
Please let me know what can be done.

I believe you can disable precautionary size and value limits by just entering a 0, then retry placing your order please to see if it goes through properly.
