View Full Version : How can I split Profit targets in Superdom?

I am still paper trading with NT Superdom with an I.B. feed. Sometimes I have accidentally combined (consolidated?) the profit targets at the same price. Is it possible to split them again. TIA

Welcome to our forums - please right click in the DOM and select 'Add Target...'.

Thank you I'll try that today. :-)

Thank you Bertrand.Right clicking in DOM provided the menu however clicking on add target had no effect. Also, clickin on +target above the PnL at the bottom of the DOM price field had no effect.
Do you have another suggestion?

Perhaps I do not follow you - if you for example have a position of 2 contracts open that with one stop loss and one profit target, you would right click in the DOM, select Add a Target to have the one target now split up into 2 independent ones to for finer exit management, the added target would be 4 ticks higher / lower placed. This would of course only work if you're using an ATM strategy to initiate those exit orders.

I have used an ATM stategy for 2 ES contacts that has Profit Targets of 6 ticks and 8 ticks. Sometimes I have accidently change the 6 tick target to the 8 tick target and now have 2 contracts at a profit target of 8 ticks that I would like to seperate. Right clicking in the dome provides the menu to "add contract", but clicking on it does not seem to work and + target above the PnL in the price column does not work either.
Thank you for your help.

Bertrand. Sorry for the typo in prvious message the Menu says "add TARGET" not contract.

No worries, just increase / decrease then one of the profit target limit orders in the Control Center, this would show you 2 targets then on the SuperDOM again.

Thank you. it may take a little while to do the way the market is trading today.

Thank you Bertrand that trick on the control center is exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks again! :-)

The control center order mod works however the ATM strategy changes to "none". This messes up my stats.
Is there another way?
In my case Ninja put the targets the same when I scaled in and I'd like it to put the last contract target a tick away so that I can move it.

Hello cunparis,
Unfortunately, there's not another method to accomplish this. You'd need to manually reselect your active ATM strategy before scaling in with this method.
