No Luck with 2nd data series

I am just starting with Version 7. Trying to set up chart with 2 data series. ES 377T and 987T. Panel 1 is fine with the 377T. Panel 2 is blank for price data. Vertical scale with price is working. What do I need to do please? Using Zen Fire data.

You should be able to do this, I have atached a screenshot of my settings and the chart. Please check your settings versus what I have and let me know if this gets you on the right track.

If your still not having any luck, please send me a screenshot of your settings and chart as I have sent you to.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file up to the forum when you make your reply post.

Thanks for posting the screenshot.

The reason your second panel is blank is because of the Hieken Ashi indicator. Please right click on the chart and goto indicators. Now find the hieken ashi indicator that you applied for the second series you should have 2 in the indicators list, on the second one you need to change the Input Series to the 987 tick and you also need to change the panel to panel 2. This will allow the hieken ashi indicator to plot correctly on the second panel.

Also as a follow up here, this has been slip streamed in the next beta release so you do not have to manually change this for the Hieken Ashi indicator on Multiple Series Charts.
