NT 6.5 wont load

Nothing but issues this morning with NT,, wouldnt load data..Deleted the workspace it was trying to load ,, renamed the database, repaired data base,,, same issue?:(:(

Can you provide me with a bit of information about how many charts your trying to load, their intervals and how many days of historical data are being requested?

I deleted the workspace which creamed the charts and is trying to load "default" which contains no charts.. I had an appointment and just got back,, and its still sitting there just like the picture I attached.. Seems like someone said the historical data comes from Ninja?

Dont know what u are talking about???? I have no charts open and its just loading some initial historical data I guess,, never get a chance to open any charts!!!!!!! Just tried again and same hang with the ES 06-10.

Hi gg80108,

I believe you may have a workspace running in the background.

From the Control Center, click File > Workspaces.
In the Workspaces menu, are there other workspaces listed aside from the workspace that is checked?

Deleted the default workspace and now comes up ok.... Are you saying that if one has more then one workspace it will load all on startup??? Hard to believe it works like this since when I switch workspaces they dont come up instantly like the have data but always seem to reload.......

Hi gg80108,

What I mean is that it is possible to have a workspace open and running in the background. This is intended and allows for you to use multiple workspaces more quickly than if those workspaces needed to be reloaded each time you switch.

Any workspace listed in the File > Workspaces menu is active, regardless of whether or not it is being displayed.

It is possible to have multiple workspaces open at one time, but you can only actively view one workspace at a time.
