NT7...15

NT hosed up (98 - 100% CPU usage for 10 minutes); I had to shut down computer; now I have a buy stop order stuck.. I repaired the DB; still stuck.

How do I get rid of it?

How do you figure out why NT7 is hosing up my computer?

Hello,

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.

Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.
To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> and click Repair DB.
If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.

If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.
To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset


As for as the long time at 100 percent CPU the next step would be to get your trace and log files and also get get a list of steps that you took before NinjaTrader hanged so that we may try to duplicate that on our side. Before we do that however beta .16 has been released today. Please upgrade to the latest beta build as there may already be a change that may positively influence this.
