can anybody reccommend a programmer to code a sendmail strategy

.....looking to code a specific divergence strategy with sendmail and/or audible alerts.

rsi increasing with minimum of 1, macd increasing with minimum of .0001, twiggsmoneyflow crossed over zero with audible alerts OR sendmail alert
