View Full Version : Error Message: Failed to Execute DB Job...

I most recently ran NT, connected to NT, and upon connecting (with no charts, etc. on the Default Workspace) I got the following message:
Failed to execute DBjob 'Account Update Job'. Could not use", file already in use.

Please let me know what I need to do to keep my system providing this message - as I was not executing anything at the time; and from my expeience, in the next 30m on one of my workspaces, I will encounter more error messages and/or hang.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your trace file from today's date.
You will find that file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5/7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100520.txt'.
