Drawing Tool - Average Price

I think a nice drawing tool that NinjaTrader could use is one that can plot a horizontal line at the average price between two points. The user would click on the chart where the start time is and then where the end time is. Then NinjaTrader will calculate the average price between those two points and plot the line according to what that price is.
